Maya

The Maya console table wears a metal overflowing tablecloth which covers a solid wooden table top and ends with a solid base. Decorative element, the table runner unrolls itself to become a functional structural element.

The assembly principle is similar as a hanging bridge one. Under a thin sheet portal frame, an oak wood shelf is embedded at the same spot as its structure, aerial and light.
