Operio

Inspired by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s Little Prince, Operio is a collection of polymorphic storage pieces.
As the novella‘s drawings, in which a boa looks like a hat after swallowing an elephant, the object takes form according to its content.

The interactive envelope with the particular padding offers a freedom of structural evolution and makes it possible to obtain infinity of configurations at every use. The various arrangements alternate the visual identity of the piece and reveal at each phase a new object.

Operio exists in three typologies of furniture. Sideboard, console and bedside table.
