The powder pink armchair, inspired by the universe of dance, is fully in line with its environment and creates a new dynamic to this typology of furniture.

The superimposition of the wooden panels and the criss-crossing grooves of the padded backrest evoke the dancer’s outfits with the successive layers of the tulle on the skirts and the ribbons of the half-points.
Two options of the back were made, one of them suggests a usual headrest and the other one is rhymed why criss-crossing lines that answer to the layers of wood.

Bina Baitel, as artistic director is collaborating with Quinette Gallay since 2017, manufacturers of cinema seats, shows and conferences.

The designer’s action is part of a global approach with the development of new products, optimisation of ranges and the brand’s deployment strategy.

At both the detail and the whole cinema level, the cinema armchair was studied on the functional and ergonomic plans with a new visual identity.
