On January 16th , at the Musée des arts décoratifs of Paris, the VIA programm revealed the 100 representatives designers of the « French Touch », in the field of French design, in the presence of the sponsor of the event Philippe Starck, the Minister of Culture FranckRiester and an exceptional international jury.
For the first edition of FD100, Bina Baitel is selected alongside designers and interior architects of the year as a representative artist of the french design image, and who are sharing the spirit over the world.
The 100 designers of the 100FD list had been chose for their creative approach, their dynamism and their innovation.
They reflect essential values: lifestyle, creativity and industry, elegance and luxury touch, sustainable innovation, audacity, know-how, balance, heritage, cultural openness and panache.
Through this selection, all the actors of French design are valued : of course designers, but schools who educated them too, manufacturers and editors who knew how to listen to them, museums and gallery owner by honoring them.
By this event, the French design by VIA reveal a collective and globale image of « blue-white-red » design.
