Monument Award in Central Paris
2025-08-28
We are deeply honored to announce that our project, “Monument of the Champions”, was officially presented on the Pont Saint-Louis on July 26, 2025, in the presence of Anne Hidalgo, Mayor of Paris; Tony Estanguet, President of Paris 2024; Kirsty Coventry, President of the IOC; Thomas Bach, honorary president of the IOC; Marc Guillaume, Prefect of Paris; Pierre Rabadan, Deputy Mayor in charge of sports and the Olympic and Paralympic Games; and Marie Barsacq, Minister of Sports and Youth.

This monumental and permanent work will pay tribute to the medal-winning athletes of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The project aims to honor all medalists, celebrate the popular and festive spirit sparked by this historic event, and inspire future generations.
Through a monument that is both understated and ambitious, it will establish in the public space a collective and inclusive memory of the 2024 Games that left their mark on Paris.
The monument will bring a visual dynamism that celebrates the vitality and exceptional energy of the Games while preserving the characteristic transparency of the Pont Saint-Louis.
True to the spirit of the Games, it will invite every passerby to interact freely with it and embody the concept of "Twin Games", where the Olympic and Paralympic Games stand as one in purpose and ambition.

Beyond the celebration, it will become a genuine symbol of peace and harmony: nearly 5,000 names of medalists, representing more than 200 nations, will coexist side by side in unity. The Pont Saint-Louis, a place of passage and gathering, will thus become the stage for a collective narrative: that of a city celebrating its champions and the universal values of sport.
The monument will carry forward the festive spirit of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, forever embedding their legacy in the Parisian landscape. Its final installation is scheduled for the end of 2025 on the Pont Saint-Louis.

We look forward to unveiling the monument that will shine the memory of the Games at the very heart of Paris!
